Business-to-business contracts

Services are offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Statutory consumer withdrawal rights under Sections 312g and 355 BGB generally do not apply to business-to-business contracts. Any contractually agreed termination or cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Separate online shops

Withdrawal policies for purchases of goods from a separate store do not automatically apply to SMC Fulfillment services.
